Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Design Solutions Specialist to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team in Varanasi, India.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Analyze and optimize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and fabrication analysis in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
  • Conduct thorough testability analyses and generate detailed Design for Testability (DFT) reports. Perform simulations of mechanical assembly processes and create Design for Assembly (DFA) reports.
  • Develop DFx procedures and checklists tailored to customer requirements and prepare reports based on findings and observations according to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing teams to define DFx requirements and rules, ensuring timely generation of reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and guide them towards effective deliverables. Train new and existing team members on relevant software and tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues and prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports for regular operations reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT, and DFA analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
