Project Manager AI/ML Role Summary

The successful execution of AI-Data projects relies on the expertise and technical skills of a results-driven project leader. This role is accountable for managing project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure success against defined KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.
  • Provide effective analysis and reporting of project performance.
  • Track, monitor, and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance.

This role fosters professional client relationships, manages external vendors, and leads cross-functional project teams and partners.

Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of data collection, annotation, and transcription activities in an AI setting.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Established expertise in project management skills and methodologies.
Education and/or Experience:
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • 5+ years' relevant project management experience or experience in other roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience managing AI Machine Learning data-related projects, including speech, text, and computer vision data collection, data curation, and annotation projects.
