Qua is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the brand's social presence across platforms. As we expand, this role will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that showcases Qua's unique perspective and style.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow Qua's presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute impactful digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Craft compelling copywriting for social media and other channels.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, optimize content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep Qua ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Excellent understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.
  • Able to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
