Job Title:
Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to lead our alliances in driving growth through strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our team and take on a challenging role that will impact the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve income delivery through effective partnerships with national and regional influencers, including CA Firms, CS Firms, Law Firms, FinTech's, and Consultants.
- Identify, select, document, negotiate, and onboard partners to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely business settlements and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Drive initiatives to expand market reach, enhance overall performance, and maximize income delivery.
- Collaborate with internal channel members to drive business delivery and achieve revenue targets.
- Bridge the gap between partners and YBL, facilitating product feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Organize regular training sessions for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking, and Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment.
- Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and implement corrective measures.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial services and retail trade industries.
