Electrical Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various electronics and electrical components.

Responsibilities include evaluating electrical products and systems by designing testing methods, working on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, performing testing, and releasing them into the system with documentation. The successful candidate will also take end-to-end ownership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions. Additionally, they will generate design concepts that evolve into detailed drawings for manufacturing, participate in design reviews to present designs throughout the design and development phases.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience. A master's degree is preferred, with 1 year of experience. Must be comfortable working with US-based timings.

Mandatory skills include good understanding of electronics components, schematics, and system interconnects, ability to select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements, excellent communication and presentation skills, critical/system-level thinking, good project management skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to have skills include experience working on part lifecycle management, change orders using any PLM system, knowledge of electronic components obsolescence, understanding of PCB and components, hands-on experience testing electronics components at bench and system levels, and proficiency in AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software.
