Job Title: Platform Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated engineering workflow systems. These systems will cover authoring, design review, collaboration, procurement management, construction management solutions, project management tools, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate applications and systems to meet business requirements.
  • Create AS-IS and TO-BE flow charts, SOPs with stakeholders to drive consensus of approach and requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT departments to finalize process and application design.
  • Work with development teams for API integrations, UI/UX design, application controls.

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, materials management for projects, and services management, including associated systems and controls.
  • Experience with systems or applications supporting project execution in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
  • Deep expertise in at least one area with a solid working knowledge of others.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Proactive self-starter with a strong drive to execute initiatives on schedule.
  • Energetic and solution-oriented with a positive approach to operational and system challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA from a recognized university in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.
