NPI Program Manager

Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of electric vehicle powertrain systems.

  • Program Leadership: Manage multiple programs related to EV powertrain development from design through to delivery ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans define deliverables set timelines and allocate resources to ensure on-time within-budget delivery of all milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering manufacturing supply chain quality and other teams to ensure seamless integration and execution across all program phases.
  • Risk Management: Identify program risks define mitigation strategies and proactively address issues that could impact timelines quality or budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders including executives clients suppliers and partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to optimize processes and workflows across programs contributing to efficiency quality and cost savings.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all powertrain systems meet industry standards safety regulations and customer specifications.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams ensuring that all designs and prototypes meet performance efficiency and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in the automotive or electric vehicle industry with a focus on powertrain systems or related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of EV powertrain components including motors inverters battery systems and drivetrains.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
