Job Title: Corporate Compliance Specialist

As a seasoned Internal Auditor, you will lead multiple projects on process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other solutions. You will be responsible for managing project execution and reporting to a director/partner on every project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects focused on process improvement, risk management, and compliance assurance.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial, regulatory, compliance, and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting principles, practices, procedures, and generally accepted auditing standards.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Considerable knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
