Workday Integration Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Web Services (WWS), Workday Connectors, and other integration tools to connect Workday with internal and external systems.

To be successful in this position, the consultant will require a strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. They should also have expertise in Workday HCM and working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.

The consultant will work closely with our global team, attending weekly meetings and collaborating on various projects. They will also provide guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.

  • Design and develop advanced Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Workday Connectors, and other integration tools.
  • Create and maintain high-quality Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Develop and implement Workday dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Expertise in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM and key features such as Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
