Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support for modules, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
  • Participate in transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.
  • Support reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.

Cross-ERP Exposure (Good-to-Have)

  • Oracle EBS – PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Workflow
  • PeopleSoft – PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, SQR, CI, PS Query, Integration Broker
  • SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANA

Middleware & Other Tools

  • APIs & Web Services using .NET, Java, Struts
  • Middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, SOA, ADF, Cast Iron

Domain Knowledge (Must-Have)

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas:
