Lead Software Delivery Manager Position:

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional software solutions to clients in regulated markets.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing effective compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC processes to meet client requirements.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for driving business growth and expansion into new markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • At least 10–12 years of leadership experience managing large teams or delivery centers.
  • Expertise in compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).
  • Familiarity with gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is advantageous.
