Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist to drive lead generation campaigns across search and display networks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, Discovery, and Performance Max campaigns, and a deep understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding automation.

  • Responsibilities include planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, optimizing daily to improve lead quality and reduce CPL, conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy setup, preparing ad copies, sitelinks, and A/B test creatives to improve CTR & conversion, monitoring daily performance and sharing weekly performance reports, identifying low-performing areas and implementing corrective actions, collaborating with the creative team for landing page feedback and improvement, and staying updated with the latest Google Ads trends and policies.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications include strong hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, Discovery, and Performance Max campaigns, deep understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, negative keyword strategies, and bidding automation, experience with lead tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools), familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and campaign scaling strategies, and strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
