Senior Creative Visualizer

The Graphic Design Team Lead is a key member of our organization responsible for managing the operations of our graphic design & quality control team. This role involves overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of production-ready assets for digital and print media by leading a team of skilled Graphics Designers and QAs.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters creativity and productivity.
  • Ensure timely completion of design projects and effective coordination with other departments.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables.
