Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will create impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).

• Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.

• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.

• Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.

• Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.

• Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.

Key Requirements:

1. 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.

2. Advanced proficiency with:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Canva (for rapid design adaptation and social-first graphics)

• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.

3.Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.

4.Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.

5.Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.

6.Good communication and teamwork skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Basic UX/UI
