Job Overview:

Pixis is a global AI technology company transforming how brands plan, create and optimize marketing.

As the Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an enterprise vision to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an information security strategy to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of security architectures including firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems encryption solutions and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness training programs to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.
  • Direct the identification assessment and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations including applications infrastructure and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches and coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT legal compliance and business units to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and assess their potential impact on the organisation's security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies auditors and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of the organisation's information security program including key metrics risks and initiatives.
