About the Role

As our Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping the front-end vision of our digital platforms while leading a team of designers and developers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality front-end solutions
  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties, ensuring consistency and coherence
  • Collaborate with product and backend teams to architect scalable, clean front-end codebases
  • Develop and implement best practices for front-end performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility
Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on UI/UX design
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
