About this Role:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional to manage our company's policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee daily administrative operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Policies & Operations:
- Develop, implement, and update policies related to human resources and administration.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal best practices and external regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with labor laws, POSH policies, and audit readiness.
- Maintain fire safety protocols – conduct regular checks and drills.
- Coordinate with external experts for regulatory audits and certifications.
- Office Management:
- Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and contract renewals.
- Manage office assets, maintenance, supplies, and services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Audit & Documentation:
- Maintain records and reports for internal audits and inspections.
- Prepare compliance checklists and monthly reports.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
