Project Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead to oversee IT and Managed Services projects from start to finish.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management concepts, including risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • They will be responsible for delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and governance models.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A proven track record of delivering projects in a Managed Services environment.

Excellent project management skills, including risk management, scope management, and stakeholder management.

Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
