Advanced Identity Management Engineer

The role of this position involves high-level technical support for advanced identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3-level technical assistance for IAM and Sailpoint solutions
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulatory requirements
  • Design and optimize OAM and Sailpoint platforms for maximum efficiency
  • Manage capacity and upgrade these platforms as needed
  • Lead major incidents and mentor junior teams to ensure seamless resolution
  • Produce thorough post-incident reports highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Develop and implement automation standards to streamline processes
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises and performance baselining activities
  • Utilize strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills to achieve success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with IAM, Sailpoint, and related technologies
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments, ITIL processes, and capacity planning methodologies
  • Knowledge of SWIFT compliance guidelines, ServiceNow/BMC software, and vendor administration tools
  • Proficiency in scripting and infrastructure-as-code automation techniques
