Job Description

As a seasoned software procurement professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their software spend and streamline the renewal and buying process.

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to negotiate savings for all software products, including SaaS, Cloud, and Digital solutions.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to evaluate market trends and make informed purchasing decisions that drive cost savings and business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify software requirements and develop tailored procurement plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a large-scale organization or corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and negotiating contracts for a variety of IT products and services, including SaaS, software licenses, cloud services, and consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Procurement.
  • Familiarity with major software vendors an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
