About Us

We are looking for a Data Visionary to lead our cross-functional team in delivering strategic data products. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for the technical direction, quality, and delivery of our projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to design solutions, write code, mentor engineers, and work closely with architects and stakeholders to drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical execution of projects from design to deployment within the Data Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the architect and operations lead to define scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs.
  • Break down complex problems and drive practical solutions with the team.
  • Champion software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and automation.
  • Mentor and support team members through code reviews, design sessions, and informal coaching.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a senior engineer or technical lead with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of software design, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring other engineers.
  • Skilled in evaluating trade-offs and driving consensus in architectural decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
