About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Software Systems Architect to lead the development of high-quality software for embedded and model-based systems.

This key role is responsible for defining and maintaining software architecture, designing modular frameworks, and ensuring integration of software components across embedded platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded systems and real-time software development, as well as proficiency in relevant tools such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and Stateflow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and maintain software architecture for embedded and model-based systems.
  2. Design modular, scalable frameworks using embedded C and MATLAB/Simulink.
  3. Guide development of control algorithms and model-based ECU functions.
  4. Ensure integration of software components across embedded platforms.
  5. Establish coding standards, modeling guidelines, and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, safety, validation).
  7. Support ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in embedded systems and real-time software development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and Stateflow.
  • Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures and peripheral interfaces.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), MIL/SIL/HIL testing.
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262).
