Job Title: Information Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support information lifecycle activities across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document data retention, archiving, and disposition requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and regular reviews with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with information management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compile and track progress on implementation of information governance strategies.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, communicating key policies and requirements.
  • Develop process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement business solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience in information management, data governance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to document complex information requirements.
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of data protection/privacy regulations and experience with data privacy laws.
  • Familiarity with database/cloud technologies, AI, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with large-scale data sets.
