Job Title: Technical Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support associate to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to customers and employees, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance in resolving customer and employee problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries.
  • Collaborate with other support teams as needed to ensure the timely resolution of requests and issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, timely notification, proper escalation, efficient tracking, and thorough follow-up for all incidents.
  • Focus primarily on customer and employee interactions rather than transaction processing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide informed support.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical/logical thinking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer or employee support is an asset.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Graduates with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in technical support.
