Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical Associate (Off-roll) to support on-site project execution, contractor engagement, and technical services across customer sites. This field-based role involves regular site visits to provide hands-on technical guidance, conducting mock-ups and demos, and resolving product or application-related queries. The associate will work closely with sales, key accounts, and CRM teams to support with samples, complaint resolution, and technical inputs. A key part of the role is engaging with mid-size and potential contractors to build a scalable contractor base, conducting technical training sessions to upgrade field capabilities, and monitoring market trends and contractor feedback to help introduce new solutions and technologies aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Requisite

The ideal candidate should hold a BE degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) and have 2–4 years of experience in the construction, interiors, or building materials industry. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence contractors and stakeholders. A basic understanding of acoustics, fire safety, construction drawings, and on-site coordination is essential. The candidate should be self-driven, customer-focused, and agile, with a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, along with a willingness to travel for site visits, is required.
