Job Title: Technological Innovator

In today's fast-paced digital landscape, we are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Technological Innovator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in programming skills, analytical abilities, and structured thinking. Experience with Python, R, Java, and libraries such as Spark, pandas, scikit, etc., is highly desirable. You should also have good knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical methods.

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from data analysis and modeling to deploying ML and DL models to production. Your key responsibilities will include conducting inference testing, optimizing model performance, and analyzing data trends to recommend actions to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI and ML solutions that improve business outcomes
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for ML solutions
  • Deploy ML and DL models to production and optimize their performance
  • Conduct inference testing and analyze data trends to recommend actions to leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized institution
  • At least 0-4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI and ML
  • Strong foundation in programming skills, analytical abilities, and structured thinking
  • Experience with Python, R, Java, and libraries such as Spark, pandas, scikit, etc.
  • Good knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical methods

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud Architecture and experience with AWS/Azure
  • Storage data architecture and data lakes
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills and strong business acumen
  • Certifications associated with AI/ML will be an added advantage

Competency:

  • Identify areas to implement ML solutions in the current application stack
  • Lead architecture and development of ML solutions for the organization
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and BI solutions
  • Usage of statistics and ML algorithms to arrive at custom data models to provide accurate outputs
