Job Summary:

Manage cross-functional teams with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Lead day-to-day operations of assigned LOBs
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Key Responsibilities:

Process management, people management, client relationship management, internal stakeholder relationship management, audits compliance

Must have knowledge on US Financial Market and their associated Regulator Bodies.

Proactive approach to process improvement, RCA, mitigation plans for issues, continuous improvement of reporting processes

Point of contact for mentioned LOBs for Clients Internal stakeholders

Team leadership, guidance in building the team (UM Associates), flexible work timing

Qualities Required:

Self-driven, results-oriented, positive outlook, clear focus on high quality and business profit

Natural forward planner, critically assesses own performance, mature, credible, comfortable in dealing with senior executives

Reliable, tolerant, determined, empathic communicator, able to see things from others point of view, well-presented, businesslike

Sufficiently mobile and flexible, keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability

Able to get on with others and be a team-player, hands-on experience nuances of operations related to US Brokerage industry / Capital Market concepts

Excellent people management skills, issue resolution leading by example, excellent client facing capabilities in terms of managing escalations relationship

Excellent communication, networking capability, analytical (tactical strategic) forward-thinking mindset

Hands-on experience resource management, flexible to travel work between locations for business reasons

Prior experience in running Process improvement, Six Sigma Projects Business value adds to the client
