Manual Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories particularly for Marketing Cloud data.

The role requires functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications, identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to continuously improve testing processes and outcomes.
