Cloud Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement advanced cloud architectures, aligning with key cloud providers such as AWS and Google.
  • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Sustain the continuous evolution of the client's infrastructure as code approach, ensuring automation throughout all workloads.
  • Ensure no single points of failure exist in the infrastructure.
  • Continuously improve efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure and maintaining existing instances, prioritizing automation, resilience, and security.
  • Bridge the gap between Security and DevOps teams.
  • Play a pivotal role in implementing security recommendations, supporting sales, compliance, and delivery during audits and RFPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with Linux systems management.
  • Proven experience in Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, BitBucket, or Stash.
  • Experience with CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar).
  • Solid experience with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP).
  • Experience with application and system monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana).
  • Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting web servers (Apache, NGINX), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache), and queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ).
  • Experience working as a DevSecOps or Cloud Engineer in an agile environment.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Automation experience in microservice/SOA architecture.
