Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our global cloud infrastructure. As the Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing mission-critical cloud environments, providing 24x7 managed supports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role entails working closely with our DevOps and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with partners to find and realize opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements.
  • Resolve complex issues by focusing on the complete problem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in L3 technical support with a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and supporting technology and concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and on-prem cloud technology.
  • Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine.
  • Good working knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, and Bash.
