Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR functions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.

Additionally, the incumbent will manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.

Professionally drafted internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices are also a key responsibility of this position.

The ideal candidate will create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.

They will also assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns in alignment with 5S principles.

Interacting with staff on the shopfloor, understanding their needs, and supporting in resolving minor grievances is another essential duty of this role.

Supporting compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes is also a critical task.

Finally, the incumbent will coordinate with external vendors, placement consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
  • Willingness to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to grow into an HR Head role in the future.
