About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the data analytics space. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will engage leads, manage demos and proposals, and drive end-to-end closures of B2B deals. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to build strong relationships with clients and help achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities


• Engage with inbound and referred leads, qualify them effectively, and move them through the pipeline


• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and schedule product/service demos


• Collaborate with the team to prepare tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations


• Manage follow-ups, lead negotiations, and take ownership of driving deal closures


• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements


• 3–5 years of experience in business development or inside sales


• Graduate degree in any stream


• Exposure to end-to-end sales cycles is a plus


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or analytics is preferred


• Based in Pune, with the flexibility to travel for client meetings when needed
