Job Title: Admissions Counselor

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our organization in the role of an Admissions Counselor. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality student counseling services and driving lead conversion.

About the Role:

  • Making over 150 daily calls to engage with students and convert leads is a key responsibility of this position.
  • You will provide timely and effective responses to student queries via email and WhatsApp, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • This role also involves conducting follow-up interactions to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure student satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional student counseling services.
  2. Drive lead conversion through effective communication and relationship-building.
  3. Provide timely and effective responses to student queries.
  4. Conduct follow-up interactions to resolve any issues.

Your Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes is also required.
  • You must be willing to undergo 7 days of training within 15-30 days of joining our organization.

Your Work Schedule:

6 days a week, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Summer) | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Winter).
