Job Overview

The role of Operations Manager involves overseeing day-to-day activities across various teams to drive measurable outcomes and streamline cross-team collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead team leadership and scheduling, creating rosters, capacity plans, and shift coverage strategies.
  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for each stage of the process.
  • Monitor daily dashboards to optimize time-to-onboard, submissions per day, interviews scheduled, offer rate, and join rate performance.
  • Coordinate curricula, trainer schedules, candidate cohorts, assessments, and certification tracking processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, background checks, and system access are maintained.
  • Run quality assurance checks on resumes, submissions, and communications to uphold data privacy and audit-ready records.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments; proven people management skills with a team size of 15–50 headcount.
  • Strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on execution excellence.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Key Performance Metrics:
  • Reduced time-to-onboard and time-to-first-submission.
  • Improved submissions-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion rates.
  • Increased show-up and join rates.
  • On-time SOP compliance and zero critical defects.
  • NPS/CSAT improvements from candidates and internal stakeholders.
