Operations Logistician

This role entails overseeing the daily execution of logistics operations, ensuring seamless and cost-effective movement of goods while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing logistics plans for timely deliveries, assisting in route planning and shipment scheduling for optimal efficiency. He/she will coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution and monitor stock levels, supporting inventory audits as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution and monitor stock levels, supporting inventory audits as needed.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, escalate delays or issues, and coordinate with transporters and third-party logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
