Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive updates on non-delivery incidents, addressing concerns, and offering alternative solutions or compensation as needed.
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding non-delivery issues through various communication channels.
- Collaborating with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues in real-time.
- Continuously reviewing and optimizing non-delivery resolution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Key qualifications include 2-3 years of relevant experience in same-day delivery and hyperlocal logistics, proficiency in using tracking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
