Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meeting with the business or Project teams to identify the scope of project requirements
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business needs and infrastructure setup
  • Maintain regular communication with business/development team managers
  • Prepare comprehensive Non-Functional Requirement Documents
  • Develop performance test strategy & Test Plan, outlining key objectives and deliverables
  • Utilize experience working with Onsite/Offshore model to optimize workflow and efficiency
  • Proficient in using Performance Testing tools like Neo Load & LoadRunner, applying their features to drive results
  • Assess test readiness by evaluating Environment, Test Data and Test Scripts, ensuring all components are ready for execution
  • Familiarity with LoadRunner or Neo load such as Web/Http, & Webservices, allowing for seamless integration
  • Design and develop high-quality Performance test scripts that effectively meet business needs
  • Hands on experience utilizing Fiddler, Chrome Developer tools and converting them to LoadRunner or Neo Load scripts, streamlining the process
  • Create workload models that accurately reflect real-world scenarios
  • Execute performance tests, monitoring key metrics and trends
  • Analyze performance test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Compile comprehensive Performance test reports, presenting findings and suggestions to development/business teams
  • Present the report to the development/business team and secure approvals
