Job Overview

  • Ensure the implementation of prevention services with a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement prevention projects in the field, teaching children personal safety skills from 6-18 years and conducting awareness sessions on child sexual abuse with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
  • Document field experiences in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to operational protocols, including timely reporting of field activities to coordinators and regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services.

Specialized Competencies

  • Able to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Keenness to work with children is essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduation or post-graduation in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is required.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions and facilitating discussions is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

  • Able to work in large teams.
  • Creative and child-friendly approach is preferred.
  • Open to extensive local travel.
  • Multilingual with fluency in English is required.
