Job Title: Scrum Master - Project Delivery Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our delivery unit, you will be responsible for driving agile project management practices and ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor and report progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Foster open communication and encourage active participation from all team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 14 years of experience in engineering operations, PMO/portfolio analytics, BI, or similar fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, Queries, and Analytics.
  • Strong data modeling skills in Power BI, with ability to automate refresh and publish.
  • Excel power user with expertise in pivot tables, Power Query, and functions (e.g., XLOOKUP).
  • Data skills, including SQL for joins/aggregations, and ability to connect APIs (ADO REST).
  • Delivery savvy, with understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present data insights effectively.
