CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Scrum Master who's passionate not just about writing code, but also about mentoring talent and evaluating technical capabilities .

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct internal technical interviews and pre-screening assessments for incoming candidates.
  • Review job descriptions and evaluate candidate alignment with technical requirements.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through sessions on coding, design patterns, and best practices .
  • Build and maintain learning materials, mock interview kits, and evaluation rubrics .
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews .
  • Support the technical onboarding and readiness of new team members.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization.
  • Identify and help resolve blockers impacting delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development .
  • Strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms , API design, databases, and clean coding principles.
  • Familiarity with modern stacks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python , etc.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience facilitating ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and enabling team success .

Good to Have:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience in training or developing internal technical talent.
  • Exposure to Agile project management tools like Jira or Confluence .

Working Days - 6 (5 days Work from office)
