You'll lead strategic planning across channels like Google Ads, Meta, and others, optimizing performance and collaborating with content and creative teams to drive measurable results.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, etc.).
- Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Align campaign strategy with business-wide goals through close collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with analytics tools. The role requires clear communication, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing.

- Based in California or available during Pacific Time hours.
