At our company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join our team as a Data Entry & Operations Associate. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, managing form and application submissions, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who enjoys precision and consistency in their work. As the company grows, strong performers will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility in project management, finance operations, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update customer and project data into our systems with high accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records efficiently.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues in a timely manner.
  • Support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
  • Validate and cross-check entries to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information.
  • Assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards.
