Test Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for core banking implementation projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing testing teams, defining test strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies for FLEXCUBE implementation projects,
  • Lead testing teams through various test phases including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing,
  • Collaborate with business, development, and project stakeholders to ensure adequate test coverage,
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements and system design,
  • Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and closure within agreed timelines,
  • Provide test progress reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans,
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA processes, compliance standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle,
  • Oversee integration testing with third-party systems, APIs, microservices, and batch processes,
  • Support banking operations teams during mock runs, business simulation, and production cutover testing,
  • Guide and mentor the testing team, ensuring capability building and effective resource utilization,
  • Maintain strong coordination with Oracle, vendors, and internal technology teams for test-related activities
