Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager HRO with expertise in global Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) to join our team at CIEL HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing global teams and driving business results through effective talent acquisition and recruitment processes. In addition to possessing excellent stakeholder engagement skills, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and fellow project team members.

The Senior Manager HRO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global HRO principles, including knowledge of market trends on sourcing and screening techniques.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and manage vendor relationships
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive business results through effective talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Communicate effectively with clients of all levels and fellow project team members

Requirements

* Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* At least 15 years of experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams
* Strong understanding of HRIS tools and technologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in global time zones and geographical knowledge
