Job Description:

The Research and Documentation Associate role is a crucial part of our team, supporting technical experts in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, visual mapping, and knowledge product development.

As a Research and Documentation Associate, you will be involved in participating in and supporting field visits, surveys, meetings, and consultations. You will also be responsible for recording stakeholder findings meticulously and presenting them in appropriate technical formats (maps, visualisations).

Additionally, you will assist in the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs. Your role will also involve maintaining clear and accurate records of the value chain development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business.
  • English and Hindi language proficiency
  • 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management, and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and present data from the field
  • Support technical experts in their work
  • Develop and draft value chain strategies and final reports
