Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Oracle SCM Functional Consultant. In this position, you will lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Rework technical action items based on business objectives.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications for inventory management, product data management, demand and supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Analyze business processes and prepare documentation using case studies, scope documents, business process mapping, and functional designs.
  • Collaborate with development teams by clarifying project requirements.
  • Evaluate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
