As a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers, consultants, policy specialists, and data scientists, we drive change in India's political landscape.

The ideal candidate will work closely with parties or government bodies, providing advisory support on governance and policy initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on governance issues across sectors, analysing policies, schemes, and frameworks.
  • Extracting and cleaning large datasets, designing basic models to identify trends and forecasts.
  • Developing reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Assisting in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks, tracking progress, and suggesting course corrections.
  • Maintaining a structured repository of program data and model outputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem.
  • Clear, structured writing and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious, proactive, and capable of designing solutions from first principles.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
