Project Manager - Workspace Fit-out Expert

The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to project sites as required, conducting thorough site visits to monitor progress.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments on commercial projects, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to guarantee quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and present project milestones, procurement plans, and critical documents to stakeholders.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality installations at each construction stage.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement logical thinking and develop cost-saving strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, documenting minutes and risk management plans as necessary.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Proven team management experience is essential.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects accurately.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 02-04 years of experience in project management within the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
Essential Qualifications:
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree.
  • Graduation through a full-time day course is mandatory.
  • Specialization in MEP is essential.
