Patient Insights Strategist

Empower commercial excellence by providing actionable patient insights to drive business decisions. Lead end-to-end consulting projects, analyzing claims data and developing Tableau dashboards to support client decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, and deliver comprehensive patient analytics solutions.
  • Analyze adherence trends, segmentation, and patient journey mapping to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations using advanced data analytics techniques.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management.
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau and proficiency in Dataiku for machine learning applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
