Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Civil or MBA/related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on techno-commercial aspects in large-scale construction projects or complex resettlement and rehabilitation efforts.
  • Proven expertise in managing large, complex projects, including those requiring extensive liaison with regulatory bodies and mass-scale rehabilitation efforts.
